Dans le présent contrat, le terme « vous » désigne le Client ou l’Utilisateur. Le terme « lynx » désigne l’opérateur de la plateforme.

Lorsque le Client utilise l’un des services de lynx, il est implicite que le Client a lu, compris et accepté tous les termes et conditions contenus dans cet accord juridique et la politique de confidentialité de lynx.

Le contrat est juridiquement contraignant. Par conséquent, il vous est demandé de lire attentivement cet accord et les points connexes avant d’opter pour tout service de lynx. En s’inscrivant, en accédant ou en utilisant la plateforme de lynx, le client/utilisateur accepte par défaut les termes et conditions énoncés dans cet accord.

En cas de désaccord avec un point quelconque du présent accord, il est conseillé à l’utilisateur de ne pas opter pour les services de cette plateforme.

En outre, lynx se réserve le droit exclusif de modifier ou de changer les termes et conditions de cet accord à tout moment et à sa seule discrétion. Des annonces et des avis appropriés seront rendus publics avant la modification ou le changement des conditions par la plateforme lorsque lynx mettra à jour cet accord.

Dans les situations où de nouvelles modifications sont apportées à l’accord, ces modifications entreront en vigueur aux dates mentionnées par lynx. En continuant à utiliser les services fournis par la plateforme, il sera implicite que l’utilisateur/les utilisateurs sont au courant des nouveaux changements et modifications, et il sera entendu qu’ils ont accepté tout nouvel amendement de l’accord et des règles. Dans les cas où l’utilisateur n’est pas d’accord avec le nouveau changement ou les nouvelles modifications, dans ce scénario, il lui est demandé de cesser d’utiliser les services offerts par la plateforme et de fermer son compte d’actifs client sur lynx.

Protection des fonds

La protection des fonds des utilisateurs est la principale responsabilité de lynx. Nous nous engageons à protéger les fonds des utilisateurs même en cas d’insolvabilité. Nous nous efforçons d’offrir à nos utilisateurs des niveaux de sécurité premium pour leurs fonds en les gardant hors de portée des personnes non autorisées. Nous cherchons toujours à améliorer nos systèmes de sécurité et à les rendre de plus en plus robustes. Pour assurer une grande sécurité des fonds des utilisateurs, nous avons mis en place les mécanismes de sécurité suivants :

• Mécanismes avancés de sécurité informatique
• Nous avons fait des processus KYC (Know Your Customer) et AML (Anti Money Laundering) une étape obligatoire avant de proposer à l’utilisateur tout service.
• Nous n’autorisons ni n’acceptons aucun compte inconnu pour interagir ou ouvrir sur notre plateforme.

Submission of Requests: In cases where there is a need to take any legal requests or inquiries, the authorized law enforcement officials can email the platform- lynx at- [email protected].

Please note that any legal requests or inquiries can’t be made through other channels like the lynx Support group. Any such inquiries will not be entertained.

Requisites of the Law Enforcement Request:

Following are the requirements that are mandatory in order to make a law enforcement request:

• The law enforcement request should be made by an authorized legal individual or agency.
• The basis of the law enforcement request should be valid and legal.
•  The law enforcement request should contain information about the identity of the client or/ and the transaction about which the request has been made.
• The law enforcement request should accompany a valid return email from an official government domain or physical address.

• lynx (“lynx”, “Company”, “us” or “we”) respects the privacy of our users (each, a “User” or “you”).
• We are committed to protecting the privacy of Users who access, use or engage with this including any domain or sub-domain owned or associated with the Company, and any service we provide (the “Website” and the “Services” respectively).
• The Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions policy and is incorporated therein by references. The Privacy Policy of this platform outlines the practices and covers topics such as collecting, using, and disclosing your information when the users avail lynx’s services.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully. When the user uses our service, it is implied by default that he/she accepts and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and the continuation of using our services would implement your ongoing agreement to the Privacy Policy.

• lynx reserves the sole and absolute right to change the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy at any point in time. In such scenarios, the “Last Updated” statement reflects the effective date of the modified version. Upon continuation of using the services provided by the platform, it would be implied that the user/s are aware of the new changes and modifications, and it will be understood that they have accepted any new amendment/s in the Privacy Policy.

Grounds for Data Collection

• The processing of the “Personal Data” is necessary for the provision of our service, and for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you. “Personal Data” refers to any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means. The processing of the “Personal Data” is done in order to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements to which the user and the platforms are expected to adhere to.
• Upon using the services provided by the platform, it would be implied that the user/s gives his or her consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
• The user has the right to withdraw his or her consent from getting their Personal Data used at any time from those processes where lynx relies on the users’ consent.

Tracking Technologies:

Anytime when you visit or use any of our services, information about the user is collected through various means such as: ‘pixels, cookies, events and other technologies’ that are called “Tracking Technologies.” Through these technologies information about your device/s, clients’ online behavior and preferences, etc., are collected. The objective is to offer you an enhanced user-experience every time you use our platform.

Google Analytics:

We use Google Analytics to collect information about the way you use our services. Following things are collected through this tool:

• How many times the user has accessed our services
• What kind of services and sub-pages have they visited
• Duration of time spent on our platform
• Which IP address has been used. (IP address is collected instead of name and other details)

Managing and controlling your Tracking Technologies settings is possible. There are many ways to do so on our platform. (Before making any changes to the Tracking Technologies settings, you should note that any changes made to the settings may cause an effect on the features of the Services you avail on lynx.) • Apple Devices: You can tweak the ad tracking just by clicking on the ‘settings’ option and by going into the ‘Privacy’ option. There you can go to the ‘advertising’ section to switch on the limit ad tracking” by clicking on the same.
• Android Devices: One can opt-out of many app-based tracking for advertising by selecting the “Google Settings” app on your device. Then you need to go to “Ads” section and from there you can easily opt-out of interest-based ads.
